A Personal Note from Mark
Before I sign off, I wanted to share a small personal victory. After 8 years of navigating T2D, I am finally off insulin!
Doctors told me I’d likely be on it for life, but I've been insulin-free for nearly a month now. It feels like a major accomplishment, and I couldn't have done it without the incredible support of my wife Lovina, my amazing business partner La-Donna, and the entire Radique Team.
