Radique Warranty Policy
In order to be covered by any of Radique’s warranties as listed below, please register your purchase with us. Registering the purchase is super easy. Simply write us an email to [email protected] listing the item(s) you purchased along with the date of purchase.
Used / Vintage Products
All of our Used and Vintage products have been tested thoroughly by Radique before being listed for sale. If you are picking up in person, we always recommend letting us set up the product to briefly audition for you, so that you can also see / hear it in action.
Radique provides a standard 90 Day warranty on our used and vintage products, except for subwoofers, and products listed “as-is”. Please see details for these exceptions below. Our 90 Day warranties are not transferable.
If a product fails within this period during regular use (i.e. not because of a lighting strike, being plugged in “hot”, having coffee spilled on it, or being dropped etc.) then we will repair or replace it at our discretion and at our expense. As a courtesy, we will also extend a new 90 Day warranty term on the repaired / replaced component.
Our warranty does not include shipping charges. So if you purchase a product and have us ship it to you, or if you purchase from us in person but subsequently return to or move to another location, you will need to bear the shipping cost to get the product back to us, and then shipped back to you after repair / replacement. We would be happy to assist on this front, by providing discounted prepaid shipping label(s) for you, leveraging our volume shipping discounts with our carriers. In the very unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is DOA (Dead or not fully working On Arrival) then we will cover the return shipping charges.
Used Subwoofer Warranty: *For used subwoofers, we provide a 90 Day limited warranty with a 50% deductible of the purchase price. So we will repair or replace the subwoofer at our discretion, for a charge equivalent to ½ of the purchase price. We have this special subwoofer warranty policy in place, because subwoofers are so easy to be over-driven. Please refer to our FAQ “Caring for your Subwoofer” for tips on how to protect your sub and maximize its longevity. As with any of our Used / Vintage products, we always recommend letting us audition your subwoofer for you here at time of purchase, so that you can see / hear that it is working well and sounding great.
As-Is Products: We do not provide a warranty of any kind for products we have sold or listed as “As Is”. We have either not been able to test these items, or we have tested them and confirmed they have known issues.
We offer Extended warranties on our Used and Vintage products listed above $250, with the exception of subwoofers, HDMI equipped AVR’s and Preamps, and “As-is” components.
Our Extended Warranty must be purchased within our standard 90 Day Warranty period. Extended Warranty pricing is 12% of the listed product price, per year, for up to 3 years. (Not 12% of the sale price). Extended Warranty pricing is firm, and is not subject to any discounts or promotions, stacking or otherwise. The Extended Warranty starts when your 90 Day warranty expires.
Our Extended warranties are identical to our standard 90 Day Warranties, except for their duration, and their transferability. They can be transferred to a new owner (for example if you sell or gift a component you purchase from us to a third party), but that transfer must immediately be registered with us through email by the original warranty holder, who must provide the name and email address of the new owner, and the date of ownership transfer. If we repair your component for you under our Extended Warranty, we will extend your warranty by an additional 90 Days at no additional charge. We do not offer a cash value for our Extended Warranty, so please keep this in mind if exercising our Perpetual Trade Back Policy.
If you would like to purchase a Radique Extended Warranty for a product you purchased from us outside of its original 90 Day warranty, that might still be possible. Please book an appointment to drop off your component with us for testing. We charge a $65 bench fee for this thorough checkup of your component. If we give it a clean bill of health, you can then purchase the Extended Warranty as normal. If we find issues with your component, you will need to pay for their repair prior to purchasing an Extended Warranty.
Radique Audio Products

Radique provides a 1 Year warranty on all of our Radique Audio Products. If one of our products fails within this time frame, we will replace it for you at no charge.
Our warranty does not include shipping charges. So if you purchase a product and have us ship it to you, or if you purchased from us in person but subsequently return to or move to another location, you will need to bear the shipping cost to get the product back to us, and then shipped back to you after repair / replacement. We would be happy to assist on this front, by providing discounted prepaid shipping label(s) for you, leveraging our volume shipping discounts with our carriers.
Brand New Special Order Products
If you have purchased a brand new special order product through us (for example a Marantz or Denon component) we can look after your manufacturer’s warranty for you here for the first 30 Days after your purchase date. Beyond that time frame, you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer in question. (We may be able to assist you with this, please reach out to us if you need help.) Please save the soft copy of the sales invoice that we provided for you, as that will likely be required by the manufacturer to prove your purchase date. If you have misplaced the soft copy of your original purchase invoice, please let us know, and we can email you a replacement.
In-Stock New and Refurbished 3rd Party Products
Products in this category may include power bars, cables, adapters, etc. Radique provides a simple 30 Day warranty for these generally low value items. If one of these products fails during this period, we will repair or replace it for you at our expense. Some of these in-stock products may be covered by a longer manufacturer’s warranty, but we may not be able to assist you should you wish to pursue a warranty claim with a manufacturer for one of these items.
