Marantz Model 112 Vintage AM/FM Stereo Tuner – Cherry Cabinet
In a Radique Audio cherry cabinet
The cabinet is our own, built in the spirit of Marantz's walnut WC-10. It is genuine Ottawa Valley cherry veneer over an MDF core, book-matched, sanded to 320 grit and hand-finished with boiled linseed oil and a beeswax polish, with no stains and no polyurethane. A ventilated metal grille in the top lets the tuner breathe, the front edges are hand-bevelled and the rear edges are fully finished, so it looks right from every angle. Cherry darkens and deepens with age, so the cabinet will look richer in ten years than it does today.
Condition: Very Good, and free of significant marks. The cherry cabinet is new, made in our own shop. Photos of this tuner in its cherry cabinet are coming soon.
