The short answer
Curbside Delivery is Radique’s own in-person delivery for items that shouldn’t go by courier. Within about an hour of Ottawa we can usually deliver in 2–3 business days; along the Windsor–Quebec City corridor (GTA, Montreal and points between) we run regular trips every 2–3 weeks per route. You get a delivery quote before you commit, pay the order and delivery fee up front, and meet our driver at the curb.

Get your quote and timing
We reply with the delivery fee and an estimated timeframe for each option, so you can decide before committing to anything.
Pay in full
The product and the delivery fee are both paid in advance. We don’t offer cash on delivery or split payments for deliveries.
We schedule it with you
Once your order is paid, we assign your delivery to a team member, who contacts you directly to set a day and time that works for you.
Delivery day
Your driver sends updates on the day, with a closer ETA as they approach. You meet them at their vehicle — in your driveway or at the curb — to receive your gear.
Buying a mix of shippable and non-shippable items? We bundle everything into one delivery — one trip, one delivery fee.
Where we deliver
Our Curbside Delivery Corridor runs from Windsor to Quebec City. If you’re on or near that route, we can very likely deliver to you.
Local · within about 1 hour of Ottawa
Deliveries can generally be arranged within 2–3 business days. Local delivery is usually the least expensive option.
Along the corridor · GTA, Montreal & between
We run periodic delivery trips, typically every 2–3 weeks for each route. When several orders come in at once, we may add an extra trip sooner.
Outside the corridor? Ask anyway — depending on where you are we may be able to arrange something, and freight is always an option (see below).
Cost, payment and delivery day
Quoted up front
The fee depends on your location and the size and number of items. You always get a quote before you buy; Ottawa-area deliveries cost less than longer corridor trips.
Prepaid, no COD
Your order and the delivery fee are paid in full before we schedule. Cash on delivery and split payments aren’t available for deliveries.
Curbside, or your entryway
We meet you at the curb or in the driveway. If you have a mobility limitation, tell us when you ask for a quote and we can bring items into your front entryway. We don’t offer setup or placement beyond the entryway.
Well outside the corridor? Freight shipping
If you’ve set your heart on floorstanding speakers or another non-shippable item and live beyond our corridor, we can ship by third-party freight carrier at your expense.
How freight delivery works
- A transport truck comes to your address. The driver lowers your items — strapped to a pallet — with a tailgate lift, then uses a dolly to bring the pallet to your door or loading area.
- Unpacking the pallet and bringing items inside is up to you.
- We handle all the packaging and coordination with the freight company; you just need to be available to receive it.

- Freight isn’t cheap: expect about $400 CAD and up.
- US customers: see US import duties on audio from Canada before you order.
Covered like any other purchase
Everything we deliver carries the same coverage as a shipped or picked-up order, including our Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty.
Trade-Back still applies
Used and vintage components you receive by Curbside Delivery are eligible for our Perpetual Trade-Back Program, just as if you’d picked them up.

Will the driver bring the gear into my home?
Normally you meet the driver at their vehicle, at the curb or in your driveway. If you have a mobility limitation or trouble carrying heavy gear, let us know when you ask for a quote and we can bring your items into your front entryway. We aren’t able to set up or place gear beyond the entryway.
Can several items come in one delivery?
Yes. Whether it’s a full system or a couple of pieces, including a mix of shippable and non-shippable items, we bundle everything into one trip with one delivery fee.
What if I live far outside the corridor?
We can ship oversized items by third-party freight carrier at your expense. A truck delivers the items on a pallet to your door or loading area, and unpacking is up to you. Freight starts at about $400 CAD; send us your full address for an exact quote.
Are delivered items covered by the warranty and Trade-Back Program?
Yes. Delivered items carry the same Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty as any Radique purchase, and used and vintage components remain eligible for the Perpetual Trade-Back Program.
