Is used gear from Radique tested?
Yes. Every piece is bench-tested before it is listed and serviced as required. Anything we service gets a second bench test by a different tech, and anything we ship is tested once more before it is packed.
What warranty comes with it?
Our 90-day Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty: if it fails in normal use, we repair or replace it at our expense and give you a fresh 90 days. On eligible items over $500 you can add an Extended Warranty of 1, 2 or 3 years.
Can I trade it in later?
Yes. Through our Perpetual Trade-Back Program you can trade it back any time for store credit toward other used or vintage gear: 100% of what you paid in the first 30 days, and never less than 50%.
Do you ship, and can I pick up?
Pickup in Kanata (Ottawa) is free, by appointment. To have it shipped, add it to your cart and enter your city and postal code on the cart page to see live carrier rates. We ship across Canada and internationally.
