Each of our Gold Series cables boasts 6 layers of construction, an outer diameter of 7mm, and no less than 262 individual 0.10mm strands of Tinned copper. Its outer layer consists of a braided gold cotton mesh (looks good, pleasant tactile feel, and more flexible than nylon).Â
Then comes a strong but supple PVC jacket, followed by a thick layer of braided copper shielding made up of 128 individual strands, then a layer of aluminum foil shielding, followed by a layer of moisture resistant PE Insulation and finally our twin cores of 67 strands of tinned copper.
