How long is Radique’s warranty on used and vintage audio?

90 days, Bumper-to-Bumper, on all qualifying used and vintage components: if something fails in normal use, we repair or replace it at our expense and reset the 90 days. Extended Warranties of 1, 2 or 3 years are available on eligible items over $500 CAD at 15% of the listed price per year. Used subwoofers carry a limited warranty with a 50% deductible; as-is items have no warranty. Warranty details →

How does the Perpetual Trade-Back Program work?

Trade back used and vintage components you bought from Radique at any time for store credit toward other used or vintage gear. Credit is 100% of what you paid within 30 days, stepping down to 50% after two years, and it never expires. Trade-Back details →

Do you deliver outside Ottawa?

Yes. We ship across Canada, to the US and overseas. For items that shouldn’t go by courier, our own Curbside Delivery covers the Windsor–Quebec City corridor, and freight is available beyond it. Curbside Delivery →

Do US customers pay import duty on orders from Radique?

Yes. Radique Audio products ship by Canada Post with US duties prepaid at checkout; other gear ships by UPS, which collects the duty and its brokerage fee before delivery. Rates depend on the country of manufacture. US import duties →

Can I pay over time at Radique?

Yes, for Canadian residents paying in CAD: Afterpay on orders from $500 to $2,000 (four interest-free payments over six weeks) and Affirm on orders of $2,000 and up (monthly payments). Financing →

How does audio consignment with Radique work?

We test, list and sell your used and vintage gear with our warranty, and you receive 50% of the net sale by e-Transfer. There’s no upfront cost; the minimum is $500 for a single component or $1,000 for a package. Consignment →

Does Radique repair audio equipment?

Yes. We service amplifiers and receivers, turntables, CD players, cassette decks, tuners, speakers and subwoofers. Most bench fees are $45–$195, charged at intake and credited to your repair. Audio Service →

What do Radique’s service levels mean?

They describe how much work a component needed to reach perfect working condition, not how good it is: every unit we sell meets the same bench standard, whether it was Level 1 or Level 3. Service Levels →
