German RFT Acoustics Bookshelf Speakers K13 Profil

RFT Acoustics model K13 Profil Bookshelf speakers, made in Germany circa 1980. These came from an era when quality of build meant something.

They’re rated at 50w, are a 4 ohm load and a sealed (non-ported) cabinet.

8″ woofer with rubber surrounds,

1″ dome tweeter, dome is clear making it look like a human eyeball,

very solid construction, heavy,

speaker grill has metal mesh screen instead of cloth, providing excellent protection for the drivers.

Fantastic sound quality!

Very solid & heavy construction.

Size is 8″w x 11″h x 8″d. They weigh around 17lbs each.

Metal grills are intact, and cabinets are still very solid with some light scuffs.

These RFT K13’s are a perfect match (cosmetically and functionally) for our Radique Audio Pin Connectors; a great way to connect your heavy gauge, high quality speaker wire to these excellent speakers, which would not otherwise be able to accommodate it. ($10 / pair. Please see attached picture).
