Definitive Technology Hand-polished Aluminum Center Boasting 3 Drivers and 2 Bass Radiators.
Stylish, flat-panel friendly center speaker Get top-notch center channel sound from Definitive’s wall-mountable, high-performance Mythos Three. It uses many of the same technologies found in Definitive’s Mythos floor-standing speakers to provide a wide soundstage with pinpoint imaging, crystal-clear dialogue, and superb realism. And at just under 4-1/2″ deep, this center channel speaker looks right at home below today’s slim TVs.
High-tech drivers for exceptionally detailed sound
At the center of the cabinet are two 4-1/2″ midrange drivers surrounding a 1″ dome tweeter. The pure aluminum dome tweeter produces extended highs that reveal nuance and shimmer without a trace of edginess. Flanking the midranges are two 4-1/2″ bass radiators, which give the Mythos Three better bass performance than you might expect from such a slim speaker. Die-cast aluminum baskets, a resonance-free PolyStone baffle, and proprietary damping technologies built into the cabinet ensure clean sound.
Gorgeous aircraft-grade aluminum cabinet The enclosure is made of black hand-polished aluminum for a sleek look that’ll go well with most modern décors.

A Canadian-built Reference monitor in a high gloss black we have not had this model in before — the line of this era usually turns up in black, light cherry or dark rosenut. Sealed MTM design with Paradigm's pure-aluminium dome tweeter, and it works as a centre or as a left or right. Excellent, with its original box.

Two 5.25-inch Dynamic Balance mid/bass drivers flanking a 1-inch dome, all video-shielded, with a cascaded second-order crossover at 2 kHz and 900 Hz to keep voices open. 90 dB, 8 ohms, 10 to 180 watts, 52 Hz to 26 kHz. Five-way binding posts, black finish, 16.75 inches wide and 19 lbs. Very good cosmetic condition.
Onkyo SKC-540C Center Speaker – Dual 5″ Woofers, 130W, Silver
Two 5-inch OMF cone woofers either side of a 1-inch balanced dome, crossed at 4.5 kHz — well above where voices sit, so speech stays on one driver instead of being handed between two. Seventeen inches wide and 8.4 lbs, magnetically shielded, response 55 Hz to 50 kHz. From Onkyo's SKS-HT540 series, in the less common silver with a matching grille. Graded Good.
