Harman Kardon 5 Disc HDCD Changer w/ Coax & Remote FL-8385

The Harman/Kardon FL 8385 is a 5-CD carousel changer that features HDCD decoding and processing, in addition to CD-R and CD-RW playback. HDCD encoded CD’s exhibit a higher level of sonic detail, spatial imaging, and artifact-free performance on playback, as reproduced by the high-end Burr-Brown processors and proprietary conversion circuitry of this unit. Even standard CD program material is noticeably enhanced.

The full-featured wireless remote control of the FL 8385 offers a variety of playback programming features, and the front panel headphone output is provided with a dedicated volume knob. A rear panel coaxial digital output is available for connection to external digital devices such as samplers, digital recorders and converters, and digital amplifiers and tuners.
