A practical, reliable 5-disc CD carousel changer from Sony, offering the convenience of extended unattended playback along with digital optical output for connecting to a receiver, DAC, or digital recorder.
The CDP-CE375 uses Sony’s Play 1/Exchange 4 carousel mechanism, allowing you to swap out up to four discs while the fifth continues playing — a genuinely useful feature for parties, background listening, or simply avoiding the need to interrupt music to reload the tray. The player reads standard CDs as well as CD-R and CD-RW discs, making it compatible with home-burned discs and mix compilations. Sony’s Hybrid Pulse D/A converter is designed to minimize zero-cross distortion, and the digital servo system maintains precise tracking, laser focus, and disc rotation while keeping radiated noise low. A Toslink optical digital output allows connection to an external DAC, receiver, MiniDisc recorder, or CD recorder for digital-domain dubbing or higher-quality downstream processing.
Everyday usability features include 32-step track programming, a 20-track front-panel music calendar display, Peak Level Search (useful for setting recording levels), Time Edit for tape-length program creation, and a 5-second fade in/out function. The variable analog line output and headphone jack are both remote-controlled, and Sony’s jog dial control with direct-access track selection makes navigation straightforward from the front panel.
This unit is in very good condition and has been thoroughly inspected and tested to confirm full functionality. It comes with a third-party pre-programmed universal remote covering the key playback functions (play, pause, stop, track skip, disc select); note that some of the CDP-CE375’s more advanced functions found on the original Sony remote are not accessible with this replacement remote.

Sony CDP-C260Z 5-Disc Carousel CD Changer w/ Optical Out
Five discs on a carousel, and Disc Ex-Change lets you swap four of the trays while the fifth keeps playing. High Density Linear Converter D/A inside, and an optical digital output if you would rather use your own converter. Good cosmetic condition; Level 1 serviced here.

Yamaha CDC-902 5-Disc CD Changer – Original Remote, Plays CD-R
Near the top of Yamaha's Natural Sound carousel range, and the numbers say so — 106dB signal to noise, 96dB dynamic range, 0.003% distortion. The line output is variable from the remote, so it can drive a power amp directly in a simple system. It reads CD-Rs, which Yamaha never claimed for this generation; we verified that here. Original remote. Cosmetically graded Good.
NAD T572 5-Disc CD Changer – HDCD Decoder, Coax & Optical Out
Five discs at once with an HDCD decoder on board — High Definition Compatible Digital folds roughly twenty bits of range into an ordinary sixteen-bit CD, and most players never had the decoder to read it. The carousel reloads four while the fifth keeps playing, which the cheaper T571 could not do. Coaxial and optical digital out, original NAD remote. Very good condition.
Magnavox CDB 500 Single-Disc CD Player, Philips TDA1543 DAC
A 1991 Philips design sold under the Magnavox badge: the TDA1543 16-bit dual-channel DAC behind a 4x oversampling filter, and the CDM-4/19 swing-arm transport that anyone who works on these players hopes to find inside. Fixed 2V RCA output, detachable IEC cord. It plays CD-Rs, confirmed in our testing. No remote; everything works from the front panel. Good cosmetic condition.
