Overview

The IsoAcoustics DELOS 1815M1 is a high-end turntable isolation platform built around a thick maple butcher block and integrated IsoAcoustics isolators. It is a logical step up from the zaZen line for customers who want a heavier, more substantial platform for serious turntables and other sensitive components.

IsoAcoustics designed the DELOS series to combine the mass of a thick butcher block with patented isolation technology to lower the noise floor and reveal finer detail. In plain English: less structural vibration, better focus, and more of the information buried in the grooves.

Build & Design

The DELOS 1815M1 measures 18" wide x 15" deep and 1 3/4" thick (455 x 380 x 45 mm). It uses maple for the platform, includes 4 integrated isolators, and is rated to support components up to 65 lbs (29.5 kg).

The retail box measures approximately 20.0" x 17.0" x 3.7" and weighs about 17.0 lbs. IsoAcoustics describes the maple butcher block as having a light amber tone and positions it as an ultra-durable platform for higher-end systems.
