It boasts fabric tweeter and midbass (with diameters of 25 and 50 mm, respectively), and two 165-mm branded Kevlar woofers.

Since the body shape is specially rounded to reduce resonance (and gives the speaker an original look), the speaker is equipped with small rubber legs in order to protect the body from scratches and ensure reliable contact with the surface.

The Wharfedale Diamond 9.CM produces a perfectly balanced sound. Musical components are very expressive, natural in tone and plastic. The truest definitions of sound are naturalness and dynamism. A balance is maintained in the presentation of different elements and plans of the image: in terms of volume, tonal balance. The model works out the frequency range smoothly, without prevailing of any part of it. The bass is elastic, clean, mobile. The “furious” movie effects in the Wharfedale program are not impressive except for the “audio extreme lovers.” This is a fully versatile speaker system for movie and music.”
