Developed by Energy Speaker Systems, one of Canada’s most respected loudspeaker designers, the e:XL-16 features a 6.5-inch (165 mm) Kevlar-reinforced polypropylene cone woofer paired with a 1-inch (25 mm) titanium dome tweeter loaded in a proprietary waveguide. The result is a notably smooth, detailed presentation with crisp top-end air, well-integrated midrange, and surprisingly authoritative bass from a cabinet this size. A front-firing port allows flexible placement, including close to a rear wall without the bass bloat that often compromises rear-ported designs.

The cabinet is solidly built and finished in black vinyl, with gold-plated five-way binding posts on the rear for secure connections with banana plugs, spade lugs, or bare wire. They are in excellent cosmetic condition, presenting beautifully and ready for immediate listening enjoyment. These speakers have been thoroughly inspected and tested to confirm full functionality.
