The 4th-order acoustic Linkwitz-Riley crossover at 2.8kHz ensures a seamless transition between drivers with controlled dispersion, creating a wide, stable soundstage that belies the speaker’s compact dimensions. The front-firing reflex port extends bass response to a genuine 48Hz, and its forward-facing position means these speakers can be placed closer to a rear wall than rear-ported designs without exciting room boundary effects.
