Energy Acoustics is a Canadian manufacturer of high quality home speaker systems.

The e:XL-26 is a mid-size tower speaker with internal magnetic shielding rendering it suitable for use in home theater applications. But it is also a high quality speaker system worthy of consideration for a mid-range home audio system. It retailed for about $800 USD/pair. The speaker comes fitted with dual high quality gold-plated binding posts, suitable for bi-wiring or bi-amping.

The speaker system is forward-firing (as compared to di- or bi-polar) and uses two 6-1/2″ woofers and a small aluminum dome tweeter in a ported enclosure.
