Made in Japan, good condition, remote and printed manual included.
Sony CDP-CE375 5-Disc CD Changer — Optical Out | Play & Exchange
A five-disc carousel using Sony's Play 1/Exchange 4 mechanism — you can swap four discs while the fifth keeps playing. Hybrid Pulse D/A conversion, 0.0045% distortion, better than 102 dB signal-to-noise, and a Toslink optical output for an outboard DAC or receiver. Reads CD-R and CD-RW. A third-party universal remote comes with it, covering the key functions but not all of the original ones.
NAD T572 5-Disc CD Changer – HDCD Decoder, Coax & Optical Out
Five discs at once with an HDCD decoder on board — High Definition Compatible Digital folds roughly twenty bits of range into an ordinary sixteen-bit CD, and most players never had the decoder to read it. The carousel reloads four while the fifth keeps playing, which the cheaper T571 could not do. Coaxial and optical digital out, original NAD remote. Very good condition.

The service it has had
Every CD player we service goes through our bench before it is listed:
- Laser lens cleaned
- Disc tray and loading mechanism cleaned
- Controls and switches cleaned and deoxidized
- Every function tested: play, skip, search, program and repeat, tray, display, analogue and digital outputs, and CD-R playback
- Post-service burn-in and sign-off
And, as each player requires:
- Tray and loading belts replaced
- Laser focus, tracking and output adjusted
- Laser pickup replaced
- Mechanism and sled cleaned and lubricated
- Power supply capacitors replaced
- Display lamps replaced
Condition: very good, and free of significant marks. It comes with a non-original Technics-compatible remote, tested with the SL-PD6: play, stop, track skip forward and back, and direct track entry all work. Some programming and edit functions of a full Technics remote may not be available on it; the front panel covers them all.
Yamaha CDC-902 5-Disc CD Changer – Original Remote, Plays CD-R
Near the top of Yamaha's Natural Sound carousel range, and the numbers say so — 106dB signal to noise, 96dB dynamic range, 0.003% distortion. The line output is variable from the remote, so it can drive a power amp directly in a simple system. It reads CD-Rs, which Yamaha never claimed for this generation; we verified that here. Original remote. Cosmetically graded Good.
