This LT-46 has been fully serviced, including receiving a new belt, a full dustcover restoration, and a very well reviewed Ortofon pmount cartridge (the Ortofon TM-14, a P-mount (T4P) moving magnet cartridge developed in collaboration with Technics for their lightweight tonearm turntables. This model is known for its balanced sound and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for vintage Technics linear tracking turntables).
The LT-46 features an innovative linear tracking tonearm that moves in a straight line across the record, following the same path used when records are cut. This precision design minimizes tracking error and distortion while reducing record and stylus wear.
