Bowers & Wilkins DM220 3-Way Floorstanding Speakers — Black Ash
A pair of Made-in-England Bowers & Wilkins DM220 three-way floorstanding speakers in Black Ash — a confidently engineered sealed-enclosure design from B&W’s classic early period, in very good condition.
The DM220 is a genuinely serious speaker from a time when Bowers & Wilkins were building everything in Worthing, England, and the quality of construction reflects it. The three-way sealed enclosure design deploys two 200mm (7.9″) composite cone drivers in a dedicated bass and midbass arrangement, crossed over at 500 Hz and 3 kHz respectively to a 26mm polyamide soft dome tweeter — a topology that delivers excellent integration between drivers and an easy-to-follow, coherent musical picture across the full frequency range. The sealed enclosure provides tight, well-controlled bass with excellent transient response — a character that suits acoustic music, jazz, and classic rock particularly well, and that rewards placement flexibility that ported designs often don’t allow.
At 90 dB sensitivity and 8 ohms nominal impedance, the DM220 is an easy and accommodating load for any amplifier from modest vintage receivers upward. The recommended amplifier range of 10–100 watts speaks to a speaker that genuinely works well across a wide variety of driving electronics. The composite fibre cone woofers remain in excellent condition and are visually striking without grilles — a clean, purposeful front baffle that looks entirely at home in a well-appointed listening room. The polyamide dome tweeter is noted for its high internal loss and low high-frequency resonance, producing a natural, grain-free top end that avoids the etch and fatigue common in metallic-dome designs of the period.
These speakers have been thoroughly inspected and tested to confirm full functionality.

Energy Connoisseur C-8 Tower Speakers, High Gloss Black, Canada
The flagship of Energy’s Connoisseur range, built in Toronto by a company whose voicing grew out of the National Research Council’s listening work in Ottawa. Two 8-inch aluminium-polypropylene woofers and a cloth-suspended aluminium dome, crossed at 1,800 Hz and reaching 28 Hz — genuinely full-range, so most rooms will not want a subwoofer under them. At 93 dB it runs happily on 30 watts. High-gloss black, made in Canada, 57 lb each. Very Good condition. Pair — pickup in Kanata, or we deliver.

Definitive Technology BP-10 4-Driver Bipolar Towers — USA-Built
Each tower is two complete two-way systems, one facing forward and one facing directly backward, both radiating in phase. That is the whole point: where a dipole panel's front and rear bass partially cancel and the speaker has to come several feet into the room, these reinforce each other and the tower is happiest eight to twelve inches off the wall. Four drivers a side, bass to 20 Hz, built in Baltimore. Graded Good, and the grade is the high-gloss end caps — three decades of black lacquer carries scuffs and a few small chips.
Tannoy Mercury F3 Slim Floorstanding Speakers — Apple Finish
A two-way floorstander built on a deliberately simple recipe: one 6.5 inch bass and midrange driver covering everything below a 1 inch textile dome, crossed at 2.7 kHz by a fourth-order Linkwitz-Riley — no midrange handover in the region the ear is most sensitive to, and drivers that sum flat and stay in phase through the crossing. 89 dB into a nominal 8 ohms, happy on anything from 10 to 100 watts, and eight inches wide. The light Apple finish hardly ever comes up. Very Good condition.
Totem Acoustic Sttaf Floorstanders — Maple, Made in Canada
Totem's slim, hand-built Montreal floorstander in the maple veneer the factory charged extra for — a single 5.5-inch driver and a textile dome in a narrow mono-shell cabinet that images far wider than its size and reaches 39 Hz. Happiest at civilised levels in a small to medium room. Fitted here with Radique Audio bi-wire bridges. Pair, ships from Kanata, ON.
Totem Claw Speaker Isolation Feet — Set of 6, Machined Aluminum
Totem's own decoupling feet — the same machined aluminium Claws the factory fits to the Forest and the Wind — as a complete set of six, enough for one pair of speakers at three per cabinet. They fix with the included self-tapping screws, so no threaded insert is needed, and work on hardwood, tile or concrete where spikes do not. Ball bearings included.
