This listing features a classic Marantz 2225 Stereo Receiver housed in a meticulously crafted custom cabinet, showcasing the pinnacle of both audio engineering and woodworking artistry.

Custom Cabinet Craftsmanship
Our master woodworker has truly outdone himself with this bespoke cherry wood cabinet, elevating the Marantz 2225 to a work of art:

Premium Material: Handpicked Ottawa Valley cherry wood, known for its rich color and fine grain pattern.

Veneer Mastery: The lumber was expertly resawed into veneer, then book-matched to create a stunning, seamless waterfall grain pattern cascading down the cabinet sides.

Meticulous Assembly: Cabinet carefully constructed to house the Marantz 2225 perfectly, ensuring both form and function.

Refined Finish:
Sanded to an ultra-smooth 320 grit for a flawless surface
Treated with boiled linseed oil to enhance the natural beauty of the cherry wood
Finished with a beeswax polish, imparting a subtle luster and protective layer

The result is a one-of-a-kind enclosure that not only complements the Marantz 2225’s classic design but also enhances its acoustic properties.

This highly sought after Marantz was “”built like a tank”” and should be good for decades’ more beautiful music.
