The KEF T101 is one of the most elegantly resolved flat-panel speakers ever made — a 35mm-deep, wall-hugging satellite that delivers genuine KEF clarity and dispersion from a profile that practically disappears beside a flat-screen TV.
Now discontinued, the T101 was KEF’s showcase for how much performance could be extracted from an ultra-slim sealed enclosure. The answer, as it turns out, is a great deal. The driver complement centres on KEF’s Uni-Q array — a 115mm dual-layer mid/bass driver with a 25mm vented aluminium dome tweeter mounted concentrically at its acoustic centre, fitted with KEF’s patented Tangerine Waveguide. The waveguide controls the tweeter’s dispersion pattern with unusual precision, ensuring that the high-frequency output remains wide and consistent rather than beaming narrowly on-axis as most dome tweeters do at elevated frequencies. The result is a speaker that images well across a broad seating area — genuinely useful in real living rooms where listeners rarely sit in a perfect central sweet spot.
At 90 dB sensitivity into 8 ohms, the T101 is an easy and forgiving load for any AV receiver or stereo amplifier rated between 10 and 100 watts. The 80 Hz – 30 kHz frequency response (-3 dB) is honest and appropriate for a speaker of this size — pair these with a quality subwoofer for full-range performance, or use them as surround or height channels in a larger system where bass management handles the low end.
These speakers are compatible with bare wire or pin connectors. Note: the rear terminals use a press-and-insert clip design rather than conventional binding posts and do not accept standard banana plugs or spades. Our Radique Audio Pin Connectors are a perfect match for these speakers, allowing you to connect heavy-gauge speaker wire cleanly and securely — please see the attached photo.
This pair is supplied with a set of custom metal wall mounting plates. The plates mate to the T101’s integrated 4-way keyhole mount system and are designed to distribute the speaker’s weight across multiple wall screws rather than a single point — a more secure and wall-friendly installation method. Please note these plates are suitable for vertical mounting only; the keyhole geometry means only a single stud can engage the speaker at one time, so horizontal orientation is not supported with this hardware. No additional mounting hardware is included.

PSB VisionSound VS300 Aluminum On-Wall Speaker
An on-wall speaker engineered as one rather than adapted into one. It shares the tweeter, terminals and crossover of PSB's VS400 floorstander, but the port was moved to the front so the cabinet can sit flat to a wall without the wall changing what it does — and a rear switch selects NORMAL or ON-WALL, filling the 400 to 500 Hz dip that hard mounting creates. Extruded aluminium, built in Pickering, Ontario. Graded Excellent or Very Good; the only thing separating the two is a single Tic Tac-sized hole at the extreme edge of one grille frame.

A genuine mirror-imaged pair, labelled LC and RC, with two driver arrays set 45 degrees apart and a rear-panel switch that flips them between bipole and dipole — locatable effects on the wall behind you, a diffuse field on the side walls, same speakers either way. 19.4 lbs each, half again the weight of the FXi A6 that replaced them, and 2 dB more sensitive. Built in the United States, with keyhole mounts moulded into the cabinet. Very Good condition.

A 3-inch woofer and a half-inch PEI dome in a sealed cabinet, 150 Hz to 20 kHz, 8 ohms, 80 watts peak. Keyhole slots are moulded into the back so they hang on a screw in any orientation without a bracket, and a detachable rubber base is included for shelf use. Magnetically shielded. Good cosmetic condition, tested.

A sealed two-way from B&W's Rock Solid series — a 4-inch fibre cone woofer and a polycarbonate dome in a polycarbonate cabinet chosen to kill resonance without adding mass. 90 dB, so modest amplification is enough, and magnetically shielded for desk use. Each speaker comes on its integrated stand bracket. Mark runs a pair as his office near-fields. Cosmetics good, 7 out of 10; tested.

A 1-inch aluminum dome with Aperture Modal Damping crosses at 3,800 Hz to a 3.5-inch copolymer woofer; 120 Hz to 20 kHz, 89 dB, 8 ohms, so they want a subwoofer under them.
