Mirage Nano sysPB-1 8″ Powered Subwoofer – Platinum
$175.00 – $195.00Price range: $175.00 through $195.00
An 8-inch down-firing woofer in a rounded cabinet, built as the bass module for Mirage’s Nanosat 5.1 system and factory-crossed at 120 Hz to suit it. Line-level and speaker-level inputs both, so it will connect to a receiver that has no sub output. Auto power on and off. Two units available: one rated 9 out of 10 on performance, one rated 7 after an amplifier-board repair. Both very good cosmetically.

2 available, please see below for details.
This compact Mirage Nano sysPB-1 powered subwoofer tucks an 8-inch down-firing woofer into a sleek, rounded enclosure designed to add warm, supportive bass to small and mid-size rooms without dominating the space.
Originally designed as the bass module for Mirage’s acclaimed Nanosat 5.1 speaker system, the sysPB-1 pairs beautifully with Nanosat satellites but also works well with other compact speakers where subtle, room-friendly low-end support is the goal rather than chest-thumping output. The 8-inch down-firing woofer uses Mirage’s Ribbed Elliptical Surround technology to reduce distortion and extend low-frequency reach beyond what the cabinet size might suggest. Both low-level (line/LFE) and high-level (speaker-level) inputs are provided, giving flexible connection options whether using a dedicated subwoofer output from a receiver or running speaker wire from an amplifier without a sub out. The crossover is factory-preset at 120 Hz, optimized for use with the Nanosat satellites, which simplifies setup — just connect, place, and play. An auto power on/off switch allows the sub to wake when signal is detected and sleep when idle, keeping energy use low. Both available units are in very good cosmetic condition, with only light signs of use and the platinum/dark grey finish presenting neatly in typical living spaces.
