Better bridges for bi-wire speakers
Lost the jumper plates, or tired of the thin stock ones? Our bridges link the high and low binding posts properly: banana at one end, spade at the other, copper in between.
The short answer
Radique Audio bi-wire bridges (also called speaker jumpers) replace the metal jumper plates on speakers with two sets of binding posts. A set of four does a stereo pair. Each is 12 in (304 mm) long, with a gold-plated banana plug at one end and a gold-plated 3 mm spade at the other, high-purity copper inside a black and red braided sleeve, and red and black anodized housings for polarity. Assembled by hand in our shop; custom lengths on request.
Which connector does your gear need?
All four share the same red and black colour coding, so polarity reads at a glance whichever ends you choose. Not sure what your gear takes? Look at the terminals on the back, or send us the make and model.

What they do
Replace the jumper plates
Bi-wire speakers ship with metal plates linking the tweeter and woofer posts. When you run one cable, bridges do that job, and many people find the stock plates are the weak link.
Banana one end, spade the other
Mix and match to suit your posts and your cable: the banana plugs in, the spade clamps under.
Copper in a braided sleeve
High-purity copper conductors inside a rugged black and red braided sleeve that looks the part.
Polarity at a glance
Red and black anodized aluminum housings, easy to read behind a crowded rack.

Questions we get about this one
Do your speakers need bridges?
If they have two pairs of binding posts and you’re running one speaker cable to each, yes: something has to link the pairs. If you bi-wire (two cables per speaker), take the bridges out.
How many come in a set?
Four: two per speaker, one for the red posts and one for the black, enough for a stereo pair.
Can you make them a different length?
Yes. Tell us the length and ends you need and we’ll quote a set built to suit.
Should you bi-wire instead?
It’s an option if your speakers support it. Our Cable Builder makes bi-wire cables in House Quad, Kimber 4PR and Kimber 4TC.
What warranty does it have?
A 1-year warranty, like every Radique Audio product: if it fails under normal use within the year, we replace it at no charge. See our warranty FAQ.
What does shipping cost? Is pickup possible?
Pickup in Kanata is free, by appointment. To have it shipped, add it to your cart and enter your city and postal code on the cart page: you’ll see live carrier rates before you commit.
