The short answer

The TX bundle is the RA-Twin II Bluetooth transmitter and receiver plus our Gold Series ¼” to ⅛” TRS cable. Plug the ¼” end into your amp’s or AV receiver’s headphone jack and the ⅛” end into the RA-Twin II, set it to TX, and it sends your stereo to Bluetooth headphones or a Bluetooth speaker. The amp’s volume knob sets the level.

Set up in three steps

Connect

Turn the amp’s volume all the way down. Plug the cable’s ¼” end into the amp’s headphone jack and the ⅛” end into the RA-Twin II. On many amps the headphone jack mutes the speakers; if yours doesn’t, switch the speakers off.
Pair

Switch the RA-Twin II on and slide the switch to TX; the TX light flashes red. Put your headphones or speaker in pairing mode and the RA-Twin II pairs automatically. The TX light stays on once paired.
Play

Start your music and raise the amp’s volume slowly to a comfortable level. The amp’s volume knob now controls what you hear.

TX bundle questions

Will this work with my vintage amplifier or receiver?

Yes, if it has a ¼” (6.35 mm) headphone jack, which most vintage amps, receivers and AV receivers do. The amp’s volume knob sets the listening level.

Will my speakers keep playing?

On many amps, plugging into the headphone jack mutes the speakers. If yours doesn’t, use the amp’s speaker switch to turn them off for quiet listening.

Can I use it with my TV?

Yes. The RA-Twin II works in TX mode from a TV’s audio output. The ¼” TRS cable in this bundle is for full-size headphone jacks; most TVs use a 3.5 mm or RCA audio output instead, which needs a matching cable. Ask us if you’re not sure which one you need.

What Bluetooth headphones and speakers work with it?

Standard Bluetooth headphones, earbuds and speakers with a pairing mode. Put them in pairing mode, switch the RA-Twin II to TX, and it pairs automatically.

Is there a manual?

Yes: the full RA-Twin II manual is online in English and French, each with a printable PDF.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. On Radique Audio products we add the US import duties and fees at checkout and prepay them for you, so there’s nothing to pay at delivery.

What warranty does it have?
