The short answer

Radique House CCA cables, 10 ft pair, banana to small spade is a matched pair of our copper-clad aluminum speaker cable, 10 ft per cable, with Radique Audio banana plugs at one end and small spade (fork) connectors sized for #10 (M5, 5 mm) posts at the other. The small spades are crimped, sealed with their own heat-shrink and again with our colour-coordinated heat-shrink. Two Radique hook-and-loop cable straps are included.

Why small spades

Some vintage amplifiers and speakers have posts too small for a full-size spade. These forks are sized for #10 (M5) posts and studs, and tighten down to a firm, flat contact where a larger fork won’t fit.

Enough slack for most rooms, so you can move the furniture without restringing the system.

Questions we get about this one

Will the small spades fit your posts?

They’re sized for #10 (M5, 5 mm) posts and studs, common on vintage gear whose posts won’t take a full-size spade. For larger posts, our standard spades fit up to 8 mm.

Is 10 ft per cable enough?

Ten feet per cable gives most people enough slack to move the furniture without restringing the system. For another length, the Cable Builder makes it to order.

What is copper-clad aluminum?

An aluminum core with a copper skin. It is our entry-level conductor: clean and reliable for everyday hi-fi and home theatre, where the money is better spent elsewhere in the system. For oxygen-free copper, see House Quad or House OFC in the Cable Builder.

What warranty does it have?

What does shipping cost? Is pickup possible?

Pickup in Kanata is free, by appointment. To have it shipped, add it to your cart and enter your city and postal code on the cart page: you’ll see live carrier rates before you commit. We ship across Canada and internationally. Buying it with one of our pre-owned speakers or components? Then it rides along in the same order at no extra shipping cost.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. On Radique Audio products we add the US import duties and fees at checkout and prepay them for you, so there’s nothing to pay at delivery.
