This Harman Kardon FL8350 is a 5‑disc carousel CD changer that has undergone our Level One service and testing which should ensure many more years of reliable performance ahead, and plays CD‑Rs reliably in addition to pressed discs.
The FL8350 combines smooth, musical Harman Kardon sound with a practical 5‑disc carousel mechanism and a coaxial digital output, so it can be used purely as a transport into an external DAC or modern AVR as well as with its onboard analog stereo outputs. Its Play Exchange feature lets discs be swapped while another is playing, making it ideal for long background listening sessions, and advanced programming, random play, repeat, and intro‑scan modes add flexibility for music exploration. This unit is in good cosmetic condition with only light signs of careful use and includes a Harman Kardon compatible remote control, tested and confirmed to operate all primary functions including play and stop (note: the pause function is not available on the included remote but can be accessed from the unit’s front panel).

Five discs at once with an HDCD decoder on board — High Definition Compatible Digital folds roughly twenty bits of range into an ordinary sixteen-bit CD, and most players never had the decoder to read it. The carousel reloads four while the fifth keeps playing, which the cheaper T571 could not do. Coaxial and optical digital out, original NAD remote. Very good condition.
